스모키하면서 블루지한 목소리, 클럽뮤직적인 트랙메이킹과 절묘하게 얽힌 록사운드가 특징인 4인조 밴드 the engy.
메이저 데뷔 후 첫 풀 앨범인 이번 작품은 분주한 평일 24시간을 담은 콘셉트 앨범으로, 드라마 타이업곡인 'Driver', 그리고 'Sleeping on the bedroom floor', 'Words on the paper'를 포함한 15곡이 수록된다.
또한 자켓 디자인은 지금까지 the engy의 아트웍을 맡아온 신진기예의 아티스트 나카노 카오루가 맡으며 앨범의 콘셉트와 연결시켰다.
